All Quick-Ship items are typically in stock and will be sent within one to three business days of order acceptance. Quantities for Quick-Ship are restricted to 12 per SKU. Depending on the product and the season, larger quantities of some products may be available. All Quick-Ship orders must include the words "Quick-Ship" or "QSP"; otherwise, the standard wait time will apply.

Custom Build-To-Order items are typically not in stock and are made to the buyer's specifications. Items marked BTO typically ship within three to five business days of order receipt. Due to the diversity of order combinations available, order quantities, carrier pick-up schedules, and seasonal variances in lead time, shipment within three to five business days is not guaranteed.
